As the Product Supply Chain Leader (PSCL) at our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global supply chain plans, initiatives, and activities to drive flawless Supply Chain and Cost Optimization programs. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments and suppliers to meet targets for manufacturing plants and deliver Net Savings Targets for the business. Experience in e-Sourcing
Knowledge of manufacturing and lean principles
Proficiency in core software applications (ERP), preferably SAP or Oracle

Your role will involve collaborating with various departments and suppliers to meet targets for manufacturing plants and deliver Net Savings Targets for the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
Understanding the cost drivers for the Casting and Casting Machining categories & services
Identifying potential suppliers and fostering competition among them
Developing strategic relationships with preferred suppliers in line with the Category Strategy
Planning for growth and capacity requirements, leveraging supplier capabilities for cost, launch readiness, and on-time-to-market
Driving Sourcing Projects, analyzing RFQs, preparing TCO Models, and identifying cost-down opportunities
Managing contracts with suppliers to build relationships and minimize risks To excel in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Proficiency in English, both oral and written
Strong negotiation and project management skills with multi-disciplinary teams
At least 8 years of related functional working experience in Supply Chain
Experience in handling Castings is preferred
Capability in planning, analytics, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management and global sourcing initiatives
