Key Responsibilities:
Drive eCom merchandising buying and in-season trading processes for your country, collaborating closely with the eCom Hub team and cluster cross-functional teams like CTC, Marketing Finance & SCM. - Support and execute strategic direction and expansion planning for the eCom & Partner Program business from a merchandising perspective. - Design pre-season strategy for eCom & Partner Program OTB Planning & Management in alignment with country financial targets and global guidelines. - Lead the buying forecast based on the OTB and assortment plan, ensuring consistency with the marketing strategy and historical data. - Provide feedback to eCom & Partner Program assortment planning in collaboration with marketing stakeholders and identify opportunities for assortment/category planning. - Define and review KPI tracking mechanisms for eCom & Partner Program focused on optimizing the eCom experience through in-season trading best practices. - Lead article performance analysis and implement the markdown strategy for eCom & Partner Program to optimize margin opportunities. - Collaborate with Regional Merchandising, Digital Activation, and Digital Operations teams to optimize the consumer journey through actionable recommendations and insights. Qualifications Required:
Understanding of digital business with a commercial mindset, preferably with knowledge of merchandising, financial planning, sales strategies, digital marketing, or online behavior. - Experience in data analysis with strong skills in Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy, or other tools is preferred. - Knowledge of other functional areas involved in pre-season and in-season merchandising planning is advantageous. - Good understanding of brand building and consumer perspective. - Ability to establish and drive end-to-end strategies encompassing multiple functions. - Strong influencer and natural collaborator. - Fluent in English. Role Overview: As the eCom Merchandising Manager, your main responsibility will be to execute and influence the eCom & Partner Program product strategy at the country level. You will act as a buying and in-season trading expert, becoming a reference point for related topics in your area of responsibility. Additionally, you will support the leadership team in developing, piloting, and scaling new digital initiatives and tools to support the future Ecom vision.
