Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Execute cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn-based prospecting
- Research and profile target industries like SaaS, e-commerce, customer support, and knowledge-intensive sectors
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow defined sales workflows
- Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage prospects through the full sales funnel from initial call to close
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations focused on BotIntelli's value
- Effectively communicate key features such as chatbot training, knowledge base management, analytics, and integrations
- Handle objections, prepare proposals, and present pricing
- Negotiate and close contracts while meeting revenue targets
- Customer Relationships
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding transitions
- Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within accounts
Market IntelligenceStay updated on industry trends related to AI, automation, and chatbotsShare market feedback with marketing and product teamsContribute to sales playbooks and messaging refinementParticipate in events, webinars, and networking initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- 2-4 years of inside sales or business development experience
- 1+ year of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
