Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential material errors or omissions related to data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effectiveness of key controls. - Develop an understanding of the firm's risk management framework, models, methodology, techniques, and processes. - Conduct independent reviews of key regulatory and internal initiatives and communicate results through formal reports. - Perform validation of the firm's qualitative models by verifying conceptual soundness, methodology, and implementation. - Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and present results to senior management committees and regulators. Qualifications Required:
Minimum of bachelor's degree required, with a preference for a Master's in a quantitative discipline. - Qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) will also be considered. - Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are preferred. - Functional Expertise in qualitative and quantitative risk management (credit, market, liquidity, or operational risk). - Strong programming skills and experience with an object-oriented programming language (C++ or Python). - Drive, motivation, teamwork, communication skills, judgment, problem-solving, creativity/innovation, and influencing outcomes.
