As our new Talent Acquisition Working Student, you’ll be at the heart of our expansion, hunting for top-tier talent and crafting a candidate experience that people rave about. This role is ideally suited for Master's students looking to gain their first hands-on insights into the world of international Talent Acquisition alongside their studies. It is a unique opportunity to gather valuable practical experience within a fast-paced, multinational scale-up environment. We are looking for someone to join us as a working student for 15 to 20 hours per week. You will work in a flexible hybrid model, combining time in our Munich office (Luisenstraße) with home office days, which we can align flexibly with your university schedule.
