Experience 3 to 5 Years of post-Qualification experience in Audit and Assurance
Subject knowledge Candidate should Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ Indian Accounting Standards/IFRS Accounting services and related services for clients. - Skill setsRequirements1. Good in communication skill 2. Build and manage a team of Audit professionals3. Good team leader 4. Should have capability of handling audit assignments independently5. Must have in-depth knowledge of auditing & accounting standards along with good technical & industry expertise6. You should have and demonstrate capability to think conceptually, visualize different scenarios and decide based on analysis and logical reasoning.7. Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
Responsibilities and Work ProfileResponsibilities
To work effectively with Team and Manager / Partner on critical client issues
This role will supervise team of 2-4 members
Candidate will also be responsible for allocation of resources on every assignment
Assisting in developing audit planning documentation addressing scope, audit objective, budgeted hours, resource plan and reporting date
Attending client meetings
successfully complete assigned audits, addressing all audit objectives, conducting client and status meetings as required, controlling, monitoring and reporting on audit progress, reviewing work papers, ensuring work papers provide adequate support of conclusions, while complying with internal standard for documentation. - Should demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up-to-date with new pronouncements relating to IGAAP and Indian Accounting Standards. - Must be able to apply relevant accounting standards, independently execute IGAAP and Indian accounting standards engagements while also researching into complex technical accounting issues. Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate and are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for all the entities
Providing training to team members
Sending updates / alerts on amendments to clients
Will actively checks that all findings and issues are documented and performs closedown procedures Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time
