As a Support Engineer at mea platform, you will work alongside the tech and operations team to troubleshoot and optimize the platform. You should have a problem-solving mindset and be eager to learn about our product, tech stack, SQL, security operations, cloud security (AWS), and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Understand our product, AI modules, and cloud-based services. - Act as a bridge between the tech and client solutions team, efficiently escalating and resolving technical issues. - Provide hands-on troubleshooting and debugging support for related challenges. - Collaborate with developers to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations. - Assist in incident management, system monitoring, and root cause analysis. - Support CI/CD workflows, deployments, and cloud infrastructure maintenance. - Create internal documentation, knowledge bases, and best practices for the team. - Stay updated on new technologies and proactively suggest improvements. Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience. - B.Sc. in Computer Science or B.Tech. - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality, able to work independently and collaboratively with developers. - Willingness to upskill on tech stack, web development, and AWS. - Familiarity with Git/GitHub for tracking changes in code. - Exposure to SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. - Logical mindset to break down complex problems into simpler parts.
