Job Description Summary We are seeking a seasonal compliance professional to manage and maintain our organization's compliance framework. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Compliance Operations, this role will oversee a broad range of compliance areas—including financial crime, distribution, market conduct, reporting and other regulatory matters for Hong Kong, Bermuda, DIFC and potentially other jurisdictions. Job Description Responsibilities Maintain and enhance the regulatory compliance framework and implement compliance monitoring programs. Conduct compliance risk assessments and reviews covering areas such as distribution, market conduct, data privacy, and financial crime. Conduct AML risk assessments and detect suspicious activities to ensure organization's adherence to local and international standards. Provide strategic compliance advice to business. Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Group policies and regulatory developments. Deliver compliance training to stakeholders, including staff and distribution partners. Manage and monitor regulatory filings and notifications to regulators. Compile compliance reports and collaborate with group/regional compliance teams on compliance projects and initiatives. Support the Associate Directors on various compliance matters and other initiatives as required. Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned. More experience will be considered as "Senior Manager" Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline. At least 8 years of compliance experience, preferably within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes, and regulatory requirements. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflict and address complex compliance issues. Proven ability to adapt to evolving regulations and drive strategic compliance initiatives aligned with corporate values. Capable of working independently and confidently communicating with senior personnel and key stakeholders. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
