As an Event Manager in the Art & Culture Department, your role will involve planning, organizing, and executing various cultural, artistic, and creative events within the institution. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end event operations, coordinating with artists, performers, and vendors, and ensuring engaging cultural experiences for students and audiences. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Event Management, Fine Arts, Cultural Studies, or related field. - 36 years of experience in managing cultural/art events. - Experience in academic institutions or cultural organizations preferred. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Creativity and passion for arts and culture. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Vendor and stakeholder management skills. - Budgeting and negotiation skills. - Communication and marketing skills.
