As an HR Administrator at Choice in Jaipur, your role will involve various key responsibilities:
Employee ID Card Management:
Distribute employee ID cards to new joiners and provide replacements as needed. - Maintain accurate records of all issued, replaced, and returned ID cards. - Onboarding Coordination:
Prepare and distribute onboarding kits, including welcome kits and IT equipment. - Track inventory to ensure timely availability of kits and materials. - Coordinate logistics for onboarding sessions and act as the point of contact for new employees. - Procurement and Logistics:
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to manage procurement and deliveries of required materials. - Maintain updated records of distributions and related documentation. - HR Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department. - Assist with organizing HR events and facilitating internal communication. - Support daily HR operations and respond to employee queries in a timely manner. - Data Accuracy and Confidentiality:
Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. - Knowledge of HR processes and practices is an advantage.
