As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Sr. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Duty Engineer at the Associate Manager level in the Engineering function of a PAN India based company, your role involves carrying out inspection and certification of work related to aircraft maintenance across various components including instrument, electrical, radio communication/navigation, airframe, and powerplant. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that assigned aircraft are maintained in an airworthy condition through scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Skills In addition to the above responsibilities, you may be assigned additional tasks from time to time, either as standalone projects or regular work. Any such responsibilities will be discussed and agreed upon between you, your reporting officer, and HR. Please note that the educational requirements for this position include a minimum of 10+2 (PCM) or Equivalent qualification, Ab-Initio AME Training from a DGCA approved institution, and holding a CAR 66 Type Rating of Cat B1 or B2 or C License on Airbus & Boeing fleet in the Company. Experience requirements range from 0-3 years for AMEs, 3-6 years for Sr. AMEs, and 6+ years for Duty Engineers. Desired experience includes certifying experience on Air India Fleet of Aircrafts. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and regulatory requirements
Take responsibility for all certified work on aircraft under your authorization, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations and company requirements
Complete and maintain all work sheets, inspection schedules, and maintenance records as per civil airworthiness requirements
Prepare timely delay and occurrence reports, rectify defects observed during inspections in an approved manner, and report major defects to post holders
Conduct inspections and maintenance as per approved methods and airworthiness practices enforced by the DGCA
Ensure tools and equipment used during maintenance are in serviceable condition and compliant with inspection/
