Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop sophisticated Salesforce.com applications and integrations for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using declarative and programmatic logic (Flow, Apex, LWC, VisualForce, JavaScript, and other technologies). - Innovate and promote new tools, techniques, and integration processes to enhance the reliability and maturity of Procore's Business Systems platforms. - Continuously learn and share knowledge on software engineering and Force.com best practices, industry trends, emerging technologies, and automation approaches. - Collaborate with various technical team members and partners to assess technical solutions and design trade-offs. - Operate in an Agile environment where innovation and teamwork are essential for success. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Possession of advanced Salesforce certifications is advantageous. - 4-6 years of experience with a strong expertise in software engineering, object-oriented languages, design principles, Salesforce administration, configuration, and Force.com technologies including Flow, Apex triggers and controllers, Lightning (Aura/LWC), bulk data patterns, governor limits, metadata APIs, SOQL, batch and future patterns, outbound messaging, and web services. - Demonstrated technical proficiency and extensive development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with any of the following technologies is a significant advantage: Salesforce CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Advanced Currency, Ironclad, DocuSign, Einstein, Experience Cloud, LeanData, Certinia, Salesforce Voice, Salesforce Shield, Impartner PRM, SFDC SOQL, Marketo. - Innovative and driven problem solver with exceptional software design and implementation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a high level of motivation, and productivity driven by deadlines. - Hands-on familiarity and comprehension of DevOps tools and technologies like GIT, along with experience in Salesforce release, pipeline management, and CI/CD processes, is a valuable asset.
