Role Purpose The IAM Analyst Trainee will be integrated into the Identity and Access Management team, supporting day-to-day IAM operations while gaining hands-on experience in IAM DevOps, cybersecurity implementations, and identity governance processes. The role aims to develop practical knowledge of IAM systems, automation, and security controls in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities IAM Operations & Support Support daily IAM activities, including access requests, provisioning, and access reviews Assist in monitoring IAM processes and ensuring timely resolution of operational requests Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes in a DevOps-oriented environment Cybersecurity & Access Management Assist in the implementation and enforcement of cybersecurity controls related to identity and access Support access request management processes in line with security policies and audit requirements Participate in investigations and remediation of access-related issues Privileged Access Management (PAM) Gain hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management solutions, with a focus on CyberArk Support onboarding of accounts and applications into PAM platforms Assist in monitoring privileged access and ensuring compliance with security standards Automation & IAM Platforms Contribute to automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks Support monitoring and maintenance of IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, directories, PAM tools) Assist in developing scripts, reports, or dashboards for operational insights Learning & Development Opportunities Exposure to IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Microsoft Entra ID Practical experience in IAM DevOps and automation practices Understanding of identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes) and Access Management within cybersecurity requirements Participation in audit, risk, and compliance activities Profile & Skills Education Recent graduate in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field Technical Skills (Basic knowledge preferred) Understanding of IT systems, identity management, or cybersecurity concepts Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, or cloud platforms is an advantage Soft Skills Strong willingness to learn and a proactive mindset Analytical thinking and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a structured and controlled environment Working with us means You will join a pan-European team operating in a highly regulated environment, playing a critical role in market integrity and operational excellence.
