This role is based in our Williamsburg & SoHo clinics. Ownership of Your Schedule: As the leader of our Williamsburg & SoHo clinics, you’ll have the flexibility to determine your site rotation. We prioritize clinical outcomes over rigid scheduling and will partner with you to create a split that works for you and the teams you lead. ---
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary range for this role is $245,000 - $290,000, depending on level and experience. - Medical Director Stipend: An additional $8,000 annually. - Growth Incentive: This stipend is designed to scale upward as the clinic expands and patient volume increases.
