What you can expect as a M Booth Intern:
You will collaborate on team brainstorms, media and influencer outreach, and event coordination. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring entry-level candidate to grow with hands-on client work. We also want our interns to work together. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on a summer internship project that you will present to the M Booth leadership team (and possibly a client!) at the end of the program! Key Responsibilities (this varies depending on what team you’re assigned to):
Coordination & Team Support
Drive Process: Schedule internal and client calls, set agendas, and circulate recaps that keep everyone aligned. - Manage Assets: Maintain client folders, databases, and brand assets to ensure the team has what it needs for publishing and creative execution. - Stay Ahead: Anticipate team needs, ask smart questions, and keep trackers updated to log community engagements and flag opportunities. - Support Logistics: Assist with event logistics and digital mailers, including occasional on-site support at live events (roughly once per quarter). Community Management & Content
Voice the Brand: Start to own some daily community management for our Brands across TikTok and Instagram, finding the right places to engage and responding in the established brand voice, with guidance from your team. - Draft and post comments aligned with brand protocols; flag potential issues before they escalate. - Translate trends, tone shifts, and cultural moments into actionable content ideas; develop light, timely content when speed matters.
Track in Real Time: Manage earned social coverage and engagement trackers on an ongoing basis. - Support Analytics: Partner with the Analytics team on reporting for influencer campaigns, social content, and real-time moments. - Know the Platforms: Surface trend-informed recommendations and stay current on pop culture and the digital landscape. Client & Team Collaboration
Show Up for Clients: Join client meetings to share pulse checks and handle proactive email communication for your workstreams. - Communicate Clearly: Keep teammates informed on project status and capacity, and bring a solutions-first attitude to the team. Operational Details:
Hours: 35 hours/week
Compensation: $17/hour
Location: Remote or in the New York office
Our Flexible Work Policy:
We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.
For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. All candidates will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
