**Role Overview:**
At DeepIntent, you will be leading the healthcare advertising industry with data-driven solutions aimed at improving patient outcomes through the artful use of advertising, data science, and real-world clinical data. **Key Responsibilities:**
Own and facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Ensure stories meet high-quality bars by defining acceptance criteria, categories, and estimation readiness. - Maintain backlog hygiene and ensure a steady pipeline of well-defined work. - Track sprint commitments, highlight potential delivery risks, and proactively surface blockers. - Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to ensure requirements are complete, clear, and implementation-ready. - Generate foundational operational reports such as team velocity, burndown/burnup charts, and sprint summaries. - Use AI tools to streamline repetitive operational steps and identify opportunities for automation within ceremonies, reporting, and Jira workflows. **Qualifications Required:**
1+ years of experience in Agile project coordination, Agile delivery, or team-level project management in a technology/product environment. - Solid understanding of Agile delivery rhythms and team execution patterns. - Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and basic reporting/dashboards. - Ability to maintain structure, clarity, and organization in fast-moving environments. - Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and comfort working with cross-functional teams. - Interest in AI tools and willingness to adopt automation-first practices. - Bonus: Experience in healthcare, adtech, or data-centric product environments.
