As a Demo Specialist / Pre-Sales Executive at our company, your role will involve conducting discovery calls, delivering impactful product demos of our Cloud-based ERP SaaS solution, and converting prospective leads into paying clients. Conduct discovery calls with leads to identify business requirements and pain points. - Deliver engaging product demonstrations (online/offline) for prospective and qualified clients. - Clearly explain product features, benefits, and use cases to decision-makers. - Understand client requirements and tailor demos to address their business needs. - Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer client queries. - Follow up after demos to handle objections and provide solutions. - Negotiate and close deals or work closely with the sales team for successful closure. - Maintain accurate CRM updates and track discovery-to-demo and demo-to-conversion ratio. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve demo success rate. - Provide actionable feedback to the product team based on client interactions. Skills & Attributes:
Excellent English communication (verbal & written). - Presentable & confident in front of clients. - Technically sound with the ability to understand ERP workflows. - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. - Sales mindset ability to convince and convert clients after demos. - Strong objection-handling & negotiation skills. - Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and build rapport with clients.
