Key Responsibilities:
Accurate Leadership Reporting: Prepare Indian reporting with accuracy, highlight trends or observations for qualitative inputs, review overall revenue and financials, identify discrepancies, and rectify them. - Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting: Consolidate budgets, track changes, analyze key KPIs, identify focus areas, develop relevant analysis, and ensure the latest budget version is available for management review. - Business Value-Addition: Analyze metrics such as Working Capital and Revenue, conduct extensive analysis on Partner KPIs, and participate in process improvement measures for Finance. - Process Improvement: Maintain trends of key metrics, work on implementing business intelligence tools, participate in process improvement measures, and automate various financial reports. - Team Coaching and Empowerment: Develop training plans, enable team members to settle in, contribute to a high-performing team, improve culture and image, and provide support as needed. - Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and team members, maintain relationships with other Finance process teams, and ensure end-to-end process efficiency. Qualifications Required:
Mandatory skill sets include FP&A, variance analysis, and financial planning. - Preferred skill sets include financial planning and analysis, budgeting. - 8 years of experience in finance. - Education qualifications: CA, B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, PGDM. - Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Commerce, Chartered Accountant Diploma, Bachelor in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration.
