Deputy Manager - Corporate & International Tax

As an experienced professional in the field of taxation, you will play a key role in Corporate Tax, International Tax Services, and Transaction Tax Services at K C Mehta & Co LLP. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Providing corporate tax advisory services and handling tax compliance and litigation
• Assisting clients in tax planning and analyzing tax implications in various scenarios
• Ensuring compliance for tax returns, audits, and reporting requirements for both corporate and non-corporate clients
• Handling tax audit under section 44AB for various corporate clients
• Advising on the applicability of tax under section 195 and ensuring compliance
• Providing guidance to clients on transactions from a tax perspective
• Managing TDS return filing and tax provision preparation/review
• Offering advisory and compliance support on FEMA regulations, including cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and repatriation of funds
• Assisting in regulatory filings and liaising with RBI/authorities for FEMA-related compliance
• Staying updated with changes in tax, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
• Providing support to other teams involved in Bookkeeping, MIS Reporting, Company Law Compliances, and Statutory Audit procedures as needed To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
