8+ years pre-sales engineering experience and solution selling. - A passion to serve the Customer, demonstrated in a customer-facing role, such as presales or professional services, but ideally in a pre-sales capacity. - An ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic, ideally on the fly, using a whiteboard. - Deployed apps in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, etc. - Experience with at least one standard network security protocol. (eg. OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP)
Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: web (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks) development, backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python) development, scripting (Bash, Powershell, Perl)
An understanding of core security concerns within a typical application. (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF)
You're an exceptional communicator, adept at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including highly skilled experts in large group settings. - A confident and articulate presenter, you excel at sharing knowledge and insights with experienced technical professionals and large expert audiences. - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to highly skilled and experienced audiences, whether one-on-one or in large presentations. - Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to guide execution excellence
Diagramming experience for user journey flows, complex architecture diagrams, etc. - Typically 25% travel. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a comparable field is preferred.
