As the Head of Business Development & Institutional Partnerships (Higher Education/EdTech), your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in India. Your responsibilities include:
Owning end-to-end revenue generation from HEIs, with a focus on Universities, Engineering Colleges, and Management Institutions. - Building and closing institutional partnerships with a deal size ranging from 5L to 50L. - Developing and executing outbound and inbound lead generation strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, webinars, referrals, and campus visits. - Leading a team of 5 sales consultants, providing training, daily briefings, and ensuring revenue targets are met. - Proactively seeking new business opportunities and institutional leads to drive growth. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for innovation and enhancement. Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Higher Education (HEI), EdTech, or Academic Consulting. - Engaging with key stakeholders in Higher Educational Institutions such as Vice Chancellors, Directors, and Deans. - Generating qualified leads and enhancing conversion rates through structured follow-ups and consultative selling. - Deep understanding of accreditation frameworks like NIRF, NAAC, NBA, IDP, AAA, and other relevant standards. - Demonstrated success in managing marketing and sales teams, achieving ambitious targets in a results-driven environment. - Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English; knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is advantageous for the Hyderabad market.
