Demonstrated expertise in overseeing teams providing financial guidance in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for professional services consulting firms. - Proven track record in managing teams supporting operational and infrastructure functions for professional services firms, with a focus on financial support and analysis. - Strong abilities in monitoring business trends, financial data analysis, business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting accuracy. - Experience in decision-making, problem-solving, and influencing leadership in program execution. - Proficiency in coaching team members, strategic direction, and collaborating with functional leaders to support operations and manage financial performance.
