Job Title Lead Business Process Expert – NPI & Industrialization Job Description Lead the transformation and standardization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Industrialization processes across Philips' global Integrated Supply Chain organization. As Lead Business Process Expert (BPE), you will drive end-to-end process integration and deployment in the domains of PLM, Product Data Management, Engineering Change Management, and Industrialization. You will play a key role in shaping and deploying global business capabilities connecting Windchill, SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES and related digital manufacturing platforms. In this leadership role, you will manage and coach a team of 4 Business Process Experts while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT, Enterprise Information Management (EIM), factories, and global transformation programs. Your responsibilities As Lead BPE – Product Lifecycle Management & Industrialization, you will: Lead and develop a team of 4 Business Process Experts, providing direction, coaching, prioritization, and capability development. Own and drive global PLM and Industrialization business process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead deployment of global template capabilities in the domains of: Windchill PLM/PDM SAP ECC / SAP S4HANA Master Data Management Engineering Change Management Bill of Material Management Product Industrialization and NPI processes Ensure seamless integration between PLM, ERP, MES and Digital Factory solutions. Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Information Management teams to define, design, test and deploy scalable digital solutions. Translate business requirements into standardized process and system solutions. Drive harmonization of master data structures, governance, and lifecycle management processes globally. Lead or support implementation projects and ensure processes are deployed according to global standards. Act as a change leader in digital transformation programs across factories and business functions. Facilitate process gap assessments and define improvement roadmaps together with stakeholders. Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation. Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and process models within Philips process frameworks. Stay connected with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PLM, ERP and smart manufacturing. You are part of The Integrated Supply Chain CoE and the MAKE team, working within a global transformation environment focused on digitalization, harmonization, and operational excellence. In this role, you will work closely with: Global Business Process Owners IT and Digital teams Manufacturing sites and factory organizations Enterprise Information Management teams Quality and Regulatory stakeholders External implementation partners You will contribute directly to Philips' digital transformation journey by enabling standardized and integrated Product Lifecycle Management processes across the enterprise. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PLM, Industrialization, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain process management. Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives. Strong expertise in: PTC Windchill SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA PLM-ERP integration Master Data Management Engineering Change Management Bill of Material Management Experience within regulated industries, preferably medical devices or healthcare. Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. Proven experience driving global process harmonization and transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT organizations. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Change management and training experience in global environments. Result-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
