As a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA / PM), you will be responsible for Business Analysis, Agile Project Management, and mentoring teams with the adoption of Agile framework and industry best practices. Lead the Risk Technology project as a BA / PM by understanding and documenting business requirements using Agile methodology and translating them into JIRA work items. - Implement requirements traceability for Management, Audit, and other stakeholders. - Ensure adoption and consistent implementation of Agile framework for Risk Technology projects. - Prioritize work, set and meet realistic deadlines, forecast, and communicate changes resulting from risks and issues. - Maintain a high level of fiscal control and accountability for project budget and resources. - Continuously improve Agile processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. **Collaboration and Communication:**
Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team across multiple time zones. - Educate team members and end-users on Agile practices and benefits. - Generate reports/dashboards providing insight into the Plan, Scope, Project Status, Team Productivity, Data Exceptions, etc. - Maintain documentation and create reusable templates. **Key Skills and Competencies:**
Experience as a BA/PM on Agile projects utilizing Cloud technologies, preferably Azure. - Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data validation techniques. - Desired ability to read Python code. - Expertise in using tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio/Gliffy, SharePoint, Office365, etc. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Good understanding of various software development life cycles (SDLC). **Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience, preferably in Risk Technology initiatives using Agile methodology. - 5+ years of experience working in Capital Markets, Fixed income, or Commercial Lending. - Experience working with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
