As a Beauty Advisor, Fragrance Specialist, Makeup Artist, Skincare Consultant & Stylist at our Ludhiana location, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Contributing a percentage to store sales and consistently achieving targets set by the Manager
Assisting in executing the monthly action plan and events calendar
Following out-of-stock procedures and actively participating in the FIFO process
Carrying out focused services to contribute to sales
Effectively closing sales, thanking customers, and inviting them for follow-up
Greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and providing hygienic and educational consultations
Demonstrating a competent level of product knowledge and staying updated
Adhering to security and cashiering procedures
Maintaining brand dress code and grooming standards, as well as counter hygiene
Building and maintaining relationships with customers, store teams, and brand representatives
Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
Being punctual, flexible, and responsible with breaks and absences
High School Graduate or equivalent with knowledge of computer applications
Preferred competencies include retail selling skills, effective communication, customer orientation, and makeup skills
