Job Title: Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager

Location: Head Office - Chembur
Reports To: Managing Director & VP Operations
Summary: The AGM/DGM HR will lead and oversee the HR function across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and growth. The role will focus on Talent Management and Organizational development while providing strategic oversight of all HR verticals, including Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Organizational Development:
Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-potential talent. - Design and implement performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development programs. - Drive career path, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives to foster a culture of growth. - Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational objectives and future workforce needs. - Identify and implement perfect performance management system (360 degree/Bell Curve or Balance score card )
Succession planning and second in line development will also be one of the areas of focus. 2. HR Strategy & Operations:
Provide strategic leadership across all HR functions, including Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Policies, and Compliance. - Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation. - Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable labor laws and industry best practices.
