As a Talent Account Executive at LinkedIn, your primary responsibility will be to tap into potential client opportunities and generate new business. You will respond to inbound inquiries and engage in outbound activities to strategically approach target companies and teams. Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and establish strong personal relationships with prospects
Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status
Consistently close new business at or above quota level
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory, document competitive information, and distribute it accordingly
Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and advice for improvement
Develop and circulate best practices within the team
Listen to market needs and share insights with the product and marketing teams
Proactively solve problems, even if they are outside your area of expertise, and be willing to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of applicable sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
Experience in solution selling
Ability to multithread and sell to different business stakeholders
Experience in selling SaaS solutions and handling CRM
Ability to manage CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts
Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions for creating fair transactions
Strong negotiation skills and accurate forecasting abilities
Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
Proficiency in assessing business opportunities and using data for decision-making
Ability to manage multiple prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against competitors
