As a Production Engineer - Heat Treatment, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring heat treatment furnaces such as Continuous Mesh Belt, SQF, and Batch. Your main tasks will include planning and executing shift activities to meet production targets, ensuring 100% adherence to safety procedures, delivering quality output as per production schedule, and defined quantities. You will also be handling manpower consisting of 20-30 employees and assigning work based on their skill levels. Conducting patrolling inspections across secondary operations, performing hardness testing using methods like Rockwell and Vickers, carrying out minor troubleshooting, and supporting breakdown resolution are also part of your role. In addition, you will need to handle emergency and abnormal situations effectively, ensure implementation of TPM, IATF, EMS, QCC, and 5S practices, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in the establishment and optimization of new processes. Qualifications Required:
Experience in Heat Treatment Operations with Continuous Mesh Belt, SQF, and Batch Furnaces
Proficiency in Production & Shift Management
Strong skills in Manpower Handling (20-30 workforce)
Knowledge of TPM, IATF, EMS, QCC, and 5S methodologies
Excellent Problem Solving & Troubleshooting abilities
Familiarity with CNC Turning, Grinding, Thread Rolling, Cold Forging
Experience in Surface Grinding, Milling
Knowledge of MPI & Eddy Current Testing
