Consultant - Financial Services Risk and Process Controls

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute internal audit and other risk consulting engagements for asset managers or review investment processes for insurance companies. - Perform end-to-end internal audits, including planning, process understanding, walkthroughs, preparation of risk and control matrix, control testing, audit report preparation, and issue resolution. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of asset management industry risks, investment processes, Internal Audit, SOX/ ICFR methodology, and IIA requirements. - Deliver engagements within set timelines, budget, and quality standards. - Identify areas for process improvement in clients' businesses and provide valuable recommendations. - Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and identifying leads. - Adhere to the firm's quality and risk management policies. Qualifications Required:

• CA/ MBA/ Bachelor of Commerce

• 1-4 years of experience in internal audit within FS/ insurance industry
