Project Lead (Odoo Automation)

As an Odoo Project Manager, your role involves leading end-to-end implementation of Odoo automation projects. This includes defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for identifying manual processes and converting them into automated workflows in Odoo, optimizing existing modules, and driving continuous improvement through automation initiatives. Your stakeholder management responsibilities will involve coordinating with internal teams such as HR, Finance, Operations, and IT. You will gather and document business requirements to ensure alignment between business needs and Odoo functionalities. In terms of system configuration and customization, you will oversee Odoo module configuration and customization, work with developers for technical enhancements and integrations, and ensure system scalability and flexibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data migration from legacy systems to Odoo, maintaining data integrity and security standards, and monitoring database performance and reporting accuracy. Your role will also involve leading cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving bottlenecks. You will mentor team members and ensure their skill development. Furthermore, you will be in charge of ensuring proper UAT before deployment, identifying and fixing system bugs/issues, and maintaining high-quality delivery standards. Conducting user training sessions, developing SOPs and user manuals, driving user adoption, and managing resistance to change will be part of your responsibilities. You will also track project KPIs and automation efficiency, generate MIS reports and dashboards from Odoo, and present project status to management. In terms of compliance and risk management, you will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, as well as identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. **Qualifications Required:**
