Back Office Executive

We are leading Recruiters Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement for

Back Office Executive for our client company. Responsibility:

• Coordinate and monitor all day-to-day activities in the office
• Record all the office data and maintain the databases and documentation of the same
• Deal with customer complaints and bring them to the attention of the stakeholders if required
• Manage office equipment and supplies
• Work on activities such as performing market research and processing this research data as a backend executive
• Schedule appointments, organise staff meetings and update calendars based on the same
• Assist with inventory control and keep track of the stockpile and supplies

Experience: 1 years - 5 years

Salary: 14k - 25k

Location: Kolkata
