As a Senior Business and Support Analyst (Algorithmic Trading) at Tethys Technology, Inc., your role will involve providing trading related technical and analytical support to global multi-asset clients. You will be responsible for developing an understanding of trading algorithms and transaction cost analysis to guide clients effectively. Your duties will also include monitoring and supporting production trading environments, liaising with Application Developers for software problem resolutions, managing FIX connections between clients and vendors, and installing/configuring software platforms as per client specifications. Additionally, you will be involved in roll-outs and upgrades of the advanced financial trading system. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide trading related technical and analytical support to global multi-asset clients
• Guide clients about trading algorithms and transaction cost analysis
• Monitor and support production trading environments
• Liaise with Application Developers for software problem resolutions
• Implement, test, and certify FIX connections between clients and vendors
• Install and configure software platform to client specifications
• Manage roll-outs and upgrades of the advanced financial trading system

Qualifications Required:

• 5-10 years of previous experience with electronic trading operations and capital markets
• Familiarity with FIX and algorithmic trading is desirable
• Interest in financial markets and trading
• Degree in finance, computing, engineering or sciences with good grades from a top university; Masters degree preferred
• Good computing skills, experience with SQL is a plus
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and systematic approach to learning and work
• Strong command of spoken and written English
