This role will be instrumental in delivering our ambitious growth objectives for this product in Germany and other key European markets. As a (Senior) Business Operations Manager (f/m/x) you will join our Payroll Business Operations team, reporting to the Payroll’s Business Operations Lead, who reports into the Revenue Operations Team at Personio. This role will play a key role in laying and improving the foundations for the Payroll across Personio’ s cross-functional Teams, encompassing Product, Operations, Sales, Legal and Marketing. Additionally, you will support Payroll's Business Operations Lead in establishing an operational rhythm to drive collaboration and accountability in our fast-paced execution environment.
