Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with your aligned field sales team to develop account strategies and break into priority accounts
Stay current on cybersecurity trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments to sharpen your messaging and relevance
Develop deep fluency in Rubrik's products and the business problems we solve for customers
Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, call reviews, pitch competitions, and bootcamps designed to accelerate your sales skills**.**
What You'll Bring
Required:
0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role (internships and non-traditional backgrounds welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest and aptitude for learning technical concepts quickly
Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with clear daily and weekly targets
A genuine desire to build a career in sales and business development
Ability to work out of Rubrik's Austin office a minimum of 4 days a week
Work-authorization: U.S. citizenship and residency on U.S. soil required
Preferred:
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, or similar sales engagement tools
Exposure to cybersecurity or data management technology
Experience using AI-powered sales tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong, Clari, 6sense) to improve prospecting efficiency
