**Qualifications Required:**
Minimum 8+ years of related experience
Excellent designing and coding skills with a focus on application security

Proven experience in Win32 GUI and MFC programming
Experience in Win32 Socket programming and Windows Schannel API (SSL)
Proficient in .NET framework, C# programming, and ASP.NET framework
Familiarity with Windows Script Hosting, Script Interpreter, Web Servers (IIS/Apache Tomcat), and CGI Apps
Strong experience with SQL Databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and File Transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP)
