As a Junior Finance Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Analysts in various finance functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing assistance in financial reporting, accounting, planning, and compliance activities
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes such as journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and management information
Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
Maintaining supporting schedules for audits, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics
Performing account analysis and aiding in resolving discrepancies
Collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders to meet finance deliverables
Adhering to internal controls, company policies, and compliance frameworks including SOX where applicable
Taking ownership of assigned tasks in different finance areas and showcasing flexibility in handling diverse responsibilities
Contributing to process improvements and standardization initiatives within the company. Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred)
02 years of relevant experience or strong academic background for fresh graduates
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong willingness to learn and work across multiple finance functions
High level of adaptability and flexibility
Attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
