As a Senior Finance Business Partner - Corporate at Gentrack, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insight to senior managers within corporate functions. Reporting to the Finance Director in London, you will support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities while offering interpretation and insight into performance drivers. You will also have the opportunity to present your insights to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Building a close relationship with the Group Financial Control team to ensure proper understanding of corporate departments and application of appropriate accounting treatments will be essential. Qualifications Required:
Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders
Proactive, autonomous self-starter who enjoys challenges
8-12 years of combined accounting and finance experience in senior positions
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and procedures
Ability to understand complex business issues, deal with ambiguity, incomplete information, and business decisions involving substantial financial sums
Reflective and learning mindset, with a focus on self-analysis, seeking feedback, and learning from outcomes

Ensure financial accountability of the Corporate Functions
Work effectively in a virtual team across multiple countries
Handle broad responsibilities encompassing strategic, operational, people, commercial, and financial challenges
Lead in preparing and providing insights to management through departmental reports and MBRs
Offer commercial insight into business drivers and financial consequences of strategic choices
Provide commentary and overview of monthly and periodic performance, forecasts, strategy, and plan
Contribute actively to the development and execution of the Company's objectives, business plans, and strategic priorities
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Corporate Function budget holders and the Group Financial control team
