As a Business Development Executive, your role will involve:
Identifying and researching new business opportunities through various lead generation techniques such as market research, networking, and cold calling to generate qualified leads. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals. - Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure by scheduling meetings, analyzing customer needs, crafting proposals, and addressing objections. - Creating and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition and address client challenges. - Negotiating contract terms that meet stakeholder needs while ensuring company profitability, leading to successful deal closures. - Maintaining ongoing account management, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - Consistently meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas. - Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges. - Collaborating with internal teams to create customized solutions and ensure seamless customer experiences. Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience in a B2B sales role. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. You will utilize CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
