Project Manager

Our Projects team is growing here at rcs construction. We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our team based in our Bedford office. As an integral part of our Projects team, the Project Manager will play a key role in leading construction initiatives, managing project scope, schedule, and budget, and fostering strong client and subcontractor relationships. How you’ll spend your day:

• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. - Select trade subcontractors and plan, schedule and co-ordinate their activities. - Manage project budgets and submit monthly progress billings. - Focus on managing the project schedule along with the team through the use of MS Project. - Ensure projects are built to drawing specifications and the timely completion of all site activities. - Communicate regularly with Site Managers and all stakeholders. - Provide leadership to labour force to ensure timely completion of all activities and deliverables. - Develop and maintain positive relations and with clients, consultants, architects and subcontractors.
