Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments across credit, operational, market, and compliance dimensions
- Build and maintain risk models, scoring frameworks, and dashboards
- Monitor key risk indicators and surface emerging risks to leadership
- Run scenario analysis and stress testing on portfolios or operations
- Document risk policies, controls, and mitigation plans
- Partner with audit, compliance, and operations teams on remediation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years in risk analysis, internal audit, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Working knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, Basel, NIST, or equivalent)
- Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
- Familiarity with GRC platforms is a plus
- FRM, CFA, or similar certification is a plus
