Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Content & Communication function for the region with full ownership of outcomes, quality, and delivery. - Translate complex technical and business propositions into sharp, differentiated narratives to influence customer decisions. - Proactively partner with stakeholders to understand context, anticipate needs, and shape communication approaches. - Develop and drive content strategies to improve engagement, digital performance, and overall effectiveness of marketing efforts. - Anchor the strategic marketing plan for the region in collaboration with the team, focusing on industry drivers and business objectives. - Lead internal communication initiatives to enhance clarity, alignment, and engagement across the organization. - Strengthen external positioning through PR, industry engagement, and partnerships in priority segments. - Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to business context, industry nuances, and audience needs. - Own marketing investments and budget with a focus on ROI, effectiveness, and outcome tracking. Qualifications Required:
Engineering Graduate + MBA (Preferred) from Tier-1 institutes with a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience. - Good strategic thinking and execution skills. - Hands-on exposure in handling Agency, Organizers, and Paid media. - B2B market knowledge is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
