Key Responsibilities:
Support the collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators from across Deutsche Borse Group. - Adopt a structured approach for information collection to support internal and external audits. - Store collected information logically for reuse and facilitate resourcing activities and external service provider contracting. - Create and maintain accurate personnel information for external service providers and match invoices against purchase orders for timely payment. - Utilize technical publication concepts and tools to publish content following agreed procedures and guidelines. - Process employee timesheets accurately and in a timely manner, including data entry, allocation to cost centers, and reconciliation for accurate payroll processing and project cost tracking. - Explore, suggest, and implement process improvements through automation. Qualifications Required:
Show a high degree of initiative and assumption of responsibility. - Ability to work both in a team and independently. - Interest in applying innovative approaches and techniques. - Proven written and oral communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Expertise in working with office applications such as Word, SharePoint, and Excel. - Proficiency in written and spoken English; German skills would be a benefit. - A relevant degree or equivalent in business, business administration, finance, accounting, communications, or IT. Role Overview: As a Senior Business Operations Analyst at Deutsche Borse AG, you will be part of the CTO division responsible for developing and running the groupwide Information Technology infrastructure. Your role will involve supporting the Plan Control unit in carrying out its responsibilities within the CTO area.
