Your primary responsibility will be to lead a high-performing team and ensure accurate maintenance and timely closure of financial records in compliance with local statutory requirements. You will collaborate closely with global process leaders on various financial activities and provide exceptional support to consulting engagement teams. **Responsibilities:**
Oversee the entire Record to Report (R2R) process, including managing general ledger entries, account reconciliations, financial close activities, and reporting with a strong emphasis on efficiency and compliance. - Ensure meticulous adherence to the clients compliance and financial close calendar, minimizing backlogs and ensuring accurate accruals. - Serve as the primary point of contact for the client relationship, delivering exceptional service and ensuring that R2R outputs meet or exceed expectations. - Identify and implement new opportunities for efficiency by adopting automation and enhancing processes to align with industry benchmarks. - Coordinate and review activities conducted in other Centres of Excellence and local offices that impact the R2R process. - Collaborate with the clients Global Process Owners on R2R processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities. - Develop, implement, and manage new strategic processes for the clients R2R function. - Conduct performance evaluations of team members, address performance issues, and provide technical and operational guidance to support team members. **Functional & Technical Skills:**

Demonstrated experience in managing Record to Report (R2R) operations, developing teams, and leading a group of skilled finance professionals. - Proven ability to collaborate with leaders across various geographies and manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. *Required Technical skills:*
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. - Proficient with Tagetik (Consolidation Tool). - Proficient understanding of IFRS or US GAAP. - Exceptional presentation and interpersonal abilities. - Strong skills in client and stakeholder management. - Effective people management capabilities. **Qualifications & Experience:**
CA/ACCA/CWA/CPA with a minimum of 10 13 years of relevant experience in Record to Report process.
