Manage tier 2 and tier 3 client business including Brand direct and agencies
Oversee day-to-day campaign deliverables and client communication
Train clients on new Jivox platform ad types, features, and functionality
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to initiate campaigns and address challenges
Maintain exceptional client relationships
Develop end-to-end campaign timelines and manage changes effectively
Review media plans, distribute ad tags, and coordinate with clients to successfully launch campaigns
Respond to live campaign issues and conduct post-launch reporting analysis
Work with Sales to provide insights for pre/mid/post-campaign analysis
Conduct business reviews and feedback meetings with client contacts periodically

Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications
