As a Senior Analyst in Reconciliation with 4+ years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end reconciliation processes, including data extraction, matching, and variance analysis. - Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records, specifically balance sheet reconciliations and monthly close activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance process efficiency. - Adhere strictly to compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit standards. - Prepare and analyze financial reports, identify trends, and suggest process improvements. Qualifications required for this role:
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or MBA in Finance). - Minimum 4+ years of experience in reconciliation, covering Balance Sheet, Intercompany, and Bank Reconciliation. - Hands-on experience in end-to-end reconciliation processes. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Candidates must be based in Pune or Bangalore. - Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
