Visit us at packaging.toppan.com Summary Description: The TOPPAN internship program is designed to "test the waters" of working in the manufacturing and packaging industry. You will spend your time working in a specific division on impactful projects, establishing an understanding of TOPPAN's culture and processes, as well as developing a business mindset. The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. Throughout the program you can expect to gain a better understanding of your future potential at TOPPAN through valuable project work. Our internship program is designed to be a step towards joining the Emerging Leaders Program or other entry-level positions upon graduation. With approximately 150 locations in 34 states, your internship could be anywhere. What you'll be doing: Support supplier communication, including collecting information, scheduling meetings and following up on action items. Perform data matching and reconciliation between internal systems, including, but not limited to, purchase orders, and invoices. Assist with invoice entry and coding into the accounting system. Assist with Vendor statement reconciliations. Maintain document accuracy and organization in shared document databases. Help prepare reports and presentations using Excel and/or PowerPoint. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions. Position is located out of Hartsville, SC Office We'd love to hear from you if: Currently pursuing a college degree, preferably related to Supply Chain . Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional roles with support.
