As a Sr. Finance Manager at Gartner, you will play a critical role in leading a team of high-caliber associates to drive analytics and reporting for Gartner's key business units - Research & Advisory (R&A), Global Service & Delivery (GS&D), and Global Product Management (GPM). Your responsibilities will include developing robust financial models, providing analytical support to business units, leading financial processes, and mentoring a team of analysts. You will need to have 8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, analytics, or related fields, along with expertise in data analytics, project management, and leadership. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models for Gartner Research BU and provide analytical support to business units

• Contribute to monthly forecasting, results analysis, and presentations

• Lead analytics projects and propose innovative solutions

• Improve process quality and deliverables continuously

• Partner with internal stakeholders to recommend automation alternatives

• Lead annual revenue modeling and quarterly forecast process

• Mentor a team of analysts and drive cutting-edge analytics

• Manage team projects, test new processes, and enhance finance systems

• Recruit, interview, and assess talent to build an effective team

• Promote teamwork and individual development among associates
