Job Description: Job Summary** Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of various Crown Arabia Can Company Ltd vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal operational performance and safety. Job Responsibilities** * Perform routine and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles (trucks, forklifts, company cars) and other mechanical equipment. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals. * Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, hydraulics, and other vehicle components. * Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards. * Order and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for planned and emergency repairs. * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. * Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow. * Provide technical support and guidance to vehicle operators as needed. * Keep up-to-date with new vehicle technologies and repair techniques. Job Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive mechanics is highly preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front-end mechanic, preferably in an industrial or fleet environment. * Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems in a variety of vehicles. * Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and preventative measures. * Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and power tools. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
