Key Responsibilities

1. Centralised LAN Transformation Program Contribute to the 2 year program to transition Local IT LAN management to a Centralised LAN Management model Thoroughly understand the target operating model for centralised LAN management (roles, responsibilities, processes, SLAs / SLOs, escalation paths) Build and maintain the global rollout roadmap, including waves, priorities, and dependencies Ensure alignment between technical standards, operational processes, and organizational change Track progress, risks, and benefits realization, and report to senior IT management
