As a Production Engineer at Aquasense Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and optimization of electronic control panels and IoT devices for water automation systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end production of IoT-based water monitoring and automation devices
Working with electronic components such as PCB, microcontrollers, sensors (flow, pressure, level), relays, and communication modules
Supervising control panel assembly including PLC panels, motor control panels, and sensor integration panels
Ensuring proper wiring, soldering, and PCB assembly practices
Performing testing & validation of hardware systems before deployment
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in field devices and production units
Coordinating with R&D, software, and field teams for system integration
Maintaining production quality, documentation, and reports
Optimizing production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalability
Supporting installation and commissioning when required
Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics production or IoT hardware manufacturing
Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit fundamentals
Hands-on experience with PCB assembly, soldering, and wiring
Experience in handling industrial sensors and control systems
Experience with water treatment or industrial automation systems
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma practices
Experience with inventory management systems
